  A huge thanks to the Pure team, my boiler broke on the first chilly day of the autumn leaving me without heating and hot water, and with two cold and dirty small children I needed help and fast. An incredibly quick response time and a level of care and cleanliness you don’t often get with tradesmen, meant I was warm before tea time and able to bath before bed… and it didn’t break the bank. What more could you ask?

• Emergency to repair our central heating system…

  You may recall I recently made a stressful call to your office in an emergency to repair our central heating system. Well this past week a new boiler and storage tank were fitted by Rob Riley, one of your plumbers.
